Kids dropping rubbish

Over the weekend I saw a couple of groups of teenagers from this estate sitting down on the front green area.

When they got up to leave they left rubbish consisting of drinks cans and sweet wrappers behind them.

Today, I asked them if there was any chance they could pick up the rubbish they had just left and I was ignored.

They are from this estate as I recognised some of them.

It's a pity that some feel that others will do the work for them and that the area they live in is a dumping ground.

My kids are small but if I caught them doing that I would kill them (metaphorically speaking).

It might do no harm to reiterate to the kids that we all live hear and a small effort to take your rubbish away saves a major effort afterwards.
