Childerns Road Sense Date: September 30, 2009 08:20PM
To those of you with childern living in the Estate.
Can you please have a word with your childern BEFORE they decide to literally go play in the traffic? It's really amazing to me to see the absolute lake of road sense displayed by childern & indeed teenagers when driving in the estate. It's not helped by those who treat the roads as their personal rally space either. It's only a matter of time before a serious accident will take place if we don't start to act as adults and take responsibility.
There are perfectly good green spaces in the estate that should be used instead of the roads (specially the entrances to cul-de-sacs) ......
Also those on skateboards/bikes need to realise that the rules of the road apply to them also!!
